Caitlin McGaw has been with Lander International since 1997, and has been the Executive Director for Lander's entire Midwestern portfolio of Fortune 500, Big 4 and consulting clients for 13 years.

Caitlin won the prestigious Consultant of the Year award for 2006 from the California Staffing Professionals. She is a Certified Employment Specialist (CES). She has an excellent understanding of cultural differences and value systems as a result of her travels and career experience. She applies her analytic skills to evaluating the cultures of Lander's corporate clients in order to make the best matches between companies and candidates. Caitlin has been a speaker at the North American CACS conference and is a requested speaker for ISACA chapters. She is also an adjunct career advisor and speaker for UC Berkeley's MBA Alumni community.

A native of the west coast, Caitlin attended the University of California, Berkeley, earning a BA in Cultural Anthropology, and an MBA from the Haas School. She worked for Apple implementing a training program for Apple's first outside sales force. Caitlin later joined a boutique PR firm for high-tech companies as an Account Executive working with clients such as Oracle.

Caitlin lived in Asia for nearly a decade where she ran a successful communications consulting practice and taught business at two national universities. She also created and hosted a series of cooking programs, and was a guest chef for National Panasonic's cooking school in Malaysia. She travels regularly to Asia for business and pleasure.
