Trish Mulholland broke all records when she took over the Southern California marketplace for Lander International recruitment efforts 6 years ago. She now directs Lander's recruitment efforts for all of the west coast, building an ever growing portfolio of Fortune 500, Big 4, and consulting clients. "The diversity of industries in my region is exciting – from the entertainment industry and media giants, to biotech and retail – and I have a special admiration for the hi-tech companies that were pioneered in Silicon Valley garages and have become the technology leaders of the whole world."

Trish is a graduate of the University of Melbourne in Australia, with an Honors degree in Psychology. As a recruiting professional, Trish earned her CSP from the Association of California Staffing Professionals. Trish has participated in ISACA and IIA events as a speaker and panelist.

Prior to embarking on her career in executive search, Trish was an award-winning radio program host in Australia and Europe. She had the honor of conducting engaging and entertaining interviews with the likes of Sting, Phil Collins, and Michael Hutchins (INXS). She also studied dramatic arts and has acted on stages in Australia and in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is a member of the Shotgun Players theatre company and has been nominated for Bay Area Theater Critics' Circle awards.

As Lander International's Search Manager for California, Trish brings her exciting and diverse experience to bear. She uses her understanding of human drama from her work in the theater to help both clients and candidates tell their stories effectively. Trish is also considered the Lander expert on voice training and physical presentation skills, which is highly valuable in helping candidates interview successfully. "My acting and training/coaching background comes in very handy in working with candidates to be better prepared for facing the rigors of a very competitive job market. I throw my heart and soul into my efforts to help people succeed."
