Richard Tuck, CES, CPC, CIPC, has been a featured speaker at over 400 conferences and
chapter meetings of professional associations in the Human Resources and Auditing
professions. He has a Bachelor's and Master's degree and was a teacher and college
instructor before entering his business career.
Richard is CEO and Founder of Lander International, the largest full service audit recruiting firm in the world. In 1998 his organization was named by INC. Magazine as the 290th Fastest Growing Privately Held Company in America. Richard was also named by INC. Magazine as the Outstanding Stand-Up CEO of the Year. Over the last three decades he has helped thousands of internal auditors meet career goals with domestic and multinational companies. He has had over 100 articles published in magazines, trade journals and newspapers.
Richard holds three certifications related to the human resource field, and he has served as President of the San Francisco Chapter of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association. In his recruiting career over the last 30 years Richard has interviewed over 10,000 auditors and has personally visited over 400 audit departments around the country. He regularly talks with audit committees, audit directors and senior management of companies to determine what makes the best internal audit departments so successful. In his presentations he enjoys sharing the information he has gathered. He is the only two time recipient of the Arnold Dito Award for contribution to the audit profession, given by the San Francisco ISACA Chapter.
