Tim Sauer is the CFO of Lander International. He and his team take care of all the billings, accounts receivable and payroll for both direct hire and all the contractors throughout the country and around the world. Tim is the mastermind who must at all times know all the employment laws and tax laws of each state and each country in which Lander has employees and consultants. In addition Tim's group also has responsibility for candidate appointments with Lander clients, a complex responsibility because of all the time zones covered. Tim has been with Lander for 25 years and is a CES (Certified Employment Specialist).
