Todd Weinman is Lander International's Regional Recruiting Director for the West Coast. Todd is a graduate of UC Berkeley and worked for several years for a local Big 5 public accounting firm prior to entering the field of Executive Recruiting. As a recruiter, Todd enjoys visiting audit, information security, and consulting departments throughout the Western United States, and he is in contact on a daily basis with scores of Directors, Managers and staff level professionals from around the region. Todd has become a frequent speaker for ISACA and IIA, to local universities, and to audit committees. He is a Past President of the San Francisco Chapter of ISACA and has been on the Board of Directors since 1998. He has also helped teach the chapter's CISA Review Class.

Todd strives to extend the role of executive recruiter to be a true career counselor, and he has authored numerous articles for professional journals. In June of 1999 Todd was honored by the California Association of Personnel Consultants as the "Consultant of the Year".

Todd is an advocate of living the well-balanced life. When he is not recruiting, Todd pursues his passion for music as a professional classical musician. In addition to having spent four years performing with the Philharmonic Orchestra of Santiago, Chile, Todd has performed music on four continents, and he has performed with a variety of Northern California ensembles, including the San Francisco Symphony, Sacramento Symphony, and Yo-Yo Ma's Silk Road Ensemble.
