New to the world of Executive Recruiting, I am excited and honored to be joining the Research Department here at Lander International. Internal audit seems to be a fascinating field undergoing a lot of change, and every conversation I have had with candidates has opened my eyes further to all the career choices people can choose to make. I look forward to using my wide array of social service skills in the course of providing candidates with stimulating and rewarding career opportunities.

I really appreciate Lander International"s approach to recruiting, taking the time to gain a holistic idea of what each candidate is trying to accomplish in their work and personal lives. After graduating from San Francisco State University with degrees in Sociology and Criminal Justice, I spent more than a decade in the social services field. After having my own family, I worked for a decade as an educator in elementary education and worked as a volunteer in the PTA.

A large part of my life has always focused on community service, and towards that end I volunteer every chance I can to help others. I am fluent in Spanish, have traveled extensively in Mexico and Central America, and have a deep appreciation and understanding of diverse cultures, which lends itself well to the wide variety of clients we serve.

As a Lander International candidate developer, I have the privilege of interacting every day with many professionals who are seeking to enhance their audit careers. I am eager to be of service to each one of them as well as to our wide array of clients who are seeking auditors to join their departments.
